FX Fitness has developed a customised training program for teenage girls. It accommodates all fitness levels, helping to improve their reflexes, strength and overall well being, utilising fun and energetic boxing and kicking techniques. This is then followed by self defence practices and guides for everyday situations that the girls may come across.
Each module is comprised of 7 one hour sessions, with a total of 4 modules over the school term. The self defences are progressive and interactive. Bookings are required as numbers are limited to enable practice and ensure safety.
